How do I start shopping?
Look to see if we have the props, silk arrangements and fresh florals you need by visiting our website 24/7 or by visiting our warehouse Monday - Friday 8am - 4:30pm. Not all of our props or florals are online. Please contact an agent or designer so they can help you.
If you already have an idea of custom florals you’d like to have us make you can start with the Custom Fabrication feature to send us ideas and a request for a quote.
Then simply set up an account by completing the required forms above and emailing them to us.
For COD accounts we require:
- a Certificate of Insurance or a completed Credit Card Authorization for Deposit.
- a completed Credit Card Authorization for Payment
- a signed Rental Agreement
For Net 30 accounts we require:
- a Certificate of Insurance
- a completed Credit Application
- a production one sheet
- a signed Rental Agreement

Contact us for a quote either through the Set List feature or by contacting us directly. Then set up an account by going to our Forms page.
What does it cost to rent?
Props rent for approximately 20% of their value. Silk florals in stock rent for approximately 20% of their value. Custom silk florals rent for approximately 40% of their value. There is a $35 minimum rental.
I may need the props for more than one week, what is the rate?
Ask us for an extended rental. The first week bills at 100%, the second week bills at 50% of the original rate, the third week bills at 50% of the original rate and the fourth week is free. Beyond the fourth week the rate is 50% of the original rate.
All prop rentals are on a weekly basis beginning the day of pick-up and continuing for 7 days. At the end of the seventh day we allow you one extra “grace” day to return your props. If the rentals are not returned by 4pm on that “grace” day you will be charged for an additional week.
Sorry but we cannot offer refunds for early rental returns.
What does it cost to purchase fresh florals?
There are many variables to consider when pricing fresh florals. Are there specific types of flowers desired and what their availability is? What is the storyline? Where is the story taking place, what is the socio-economic feel, what time period is it? We’ll take all these variables into consideration when designing a concept and building an estimate for you.
Do you charge sales tax?
We do not charge sales tax on rental props. We do charge sales tax on all purchases including fresh florals.
Will I need to supply a Certificate of Insurance?
A COI protects both you and Sandy Rose Floral, Inc. in case of loss, damage or liability.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept checks, credit cards, PC cards and cash.
How do I pick up my rentals?
We pack your order for pick-up on the date you requested from 8AM-4PM. We can pack your order to ship using your account with FedEx or UPS or a common carrier. There may be additional charges to process an order for shipment. Shipments are limited to the Continental United States.
How do I return the props I rented?
Repack your props in the original boxes or containers you received them in. Bring or ship them to the Returns department. Check-ins are Monday-Friday 8AM-4PM.
How do I know if I returned everything?
Contact the Returns Department and ask for a Check-In sheet. Our Returns Department will contact you if they know you are wrapping and an item is missing. They can give you a list with pictures of any props that did not return.
